Domino effect…
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. It’s true for Physics but humans are a different ball game . How do situations get out of hand ? It’s just action and reaction and before you know it there is chaos and mayhem. I’ve often experienced the same time and again. Conflicts all over the world reflect the same. If a person expresses hate towards you, you do the same. If a person talks about friendship, you react accordingly. At a macroscopic level too, this is applicable – In India for example, when Hindu extremists talk of a Hindu Rashtra, the muslims will also talk of the glories of the caliphate. Hatred breeds hatred. When the same people talk of the ‘ freedom struggle ‘ in Kashmir, we hit back. Again, every action provokes an equal but not opposite reaction. There were people – Gandhi, Mandela, King who defied this. Their stories are different, to violence and hatred they reacted with forgiveness and love. And nobody can deny that they’re respected and admired for the same. So, I wonder if theirs’ is the way to go ? I mean, if you add black to black there’s no way it’s going to turn white. But if you try adding white to black, there’s a chance…
