After Sales Service : Huh what’s that mister?

Its been bloody six days since I’ve been calling up the stupid lazy asses up at Hitachi to come and service my AC. I know its not a big deal and I can get it serviced from any damn person but I prefer to get it done from the company.

I’ve been to their office and registered thrice. But they don’t seem to pay heed. Their excuse is that since its the “season” so they’re short of workers. LAME EXCUSE!! When you know that your’s is a seasonal industry then go employ some extra people in summer. Are you gonna service my AC in October.

The same is the case with Car dealers. When they sell you a car, they are all nice and try to convince you. But after you buy a car they don’t even bother to call you up and ask you how the damn thing is running. Home appliances and vehicles cannot be replaced easily because they are not cheap. Its not like your soap just finished and you immediately go and buy another one.

Harry has been tormented by the cellular phone service providers.
A manager at General Motors once refused to listen to my dad because he thought that he was unnecessarily bothering them!! Assholes, how are we supposed to fix the car AC all by ourselves??

The concept of after sales service does not exist in India. Take any product, service, sector… They are least bothered about the customer once they’ve made their sale.

Its high time you bastards woke up!!!

    I guess U have not heard about wat banks do.
    Banks will hire good looking wow DAMES to disburse Loans. After making Sale its the goonda type colection agent who will harass U.
    Its with every industry not with Cell phones or car dealers or with AC servicing. Wake up. Knock the doors of Consumer forum in Sector 19.

    exactly….they refuse to get out of their air conditioned offices…they refuse to work….nd then they say, yeh desh ka kuch nai ho sakta!

    i mean look around and no one wants to work. a rikshawallah wont take u to the spot u want to go, a cell phone operator’s customer care won’t bother to solve ur problems, after-sales suck badly at Motorola or any other company.

    but i was highly impressed with the HDFC, ICICI and Airtel support and feedback system. Highly responsible ppl nd great great services!
